2. Do not rely on Aleko for safe driving

Aleko may miss, delay, or incorrectly identify a section, limit, alert, or completion. GPS, maps, mobile signal, device sensors, and source data can all be inaccurate or unavailable.

3. You are responsible for your driving

You are solely responsible for choosing a safe speed, paying attention to traffic, weather, visibility, road works, and local rules, and operating your vehicle lawfully at all times.

4. Do not use the app in a distracting way

Do not type, browse, or interact with Aleko while driving unless it is safe and lawful to do so. Prepare the app before you start driving and prioritize the road at all times.

5. Not a guarantee against penalties or incidents

Aleko does not guarantee that you will avoid fines, penalties, collisions, dangerous situations, or any other loss. Premium access does not change this disclaimer.

6. Not for emergency or mission-critical use

Do not use Aleko as an emergency, safety-critical, dispatch, legal-compliance, or law-enforcement system.
